Does Truemuse sell our products?
No. Truemuse is an online beauty marketplace that sends shoppers to your website, where they buy directly from you, at your prices.
How do brands pay for Truemuse?
Brands pay a monthly subscription. After you speak with our team, you'll be invited to the brand portal, where you start your subscription and manage billing.
How are clicks counted?
Every click on a Shop button is recorded, filtered for bots, and shown in your dashboard. Links include UTM tags so the visits also appear in your own analytics.
How do we add certificates to our product values?
Upload your certificates or test reports (for example Leaping Bunny or a dermatologist testing report) in the portal. Once our team has matched the document to the product, the value shows as "Certificate provided". Your brand remains responsible for the accuracy of every claim.
Can we remove negative reviews?
No. We only remove reviews that break our review policy, such as spam or abuse. You can reply publicly to any review from your portal.
What can we say in our product copy?
Cosmetic claims only. Claims to treat or prevent a condition (for example acne or hair loss) make a product a drug under FDA rules, and need to meet those requirements. We review copy before it goes live.
How long does it take to go live?
Most brands go live within a few days of uploading their catalog, depending on how many products need review.
